I am Maru and I will share a little bit of my story with you. I was always passionate about connecting with people with an organizational focus. I got my degree in Human Resources, and worked in HR since 2010. I discovered then how coaching was super connected with my purpose in life and got my Master in Organizational Coaching and Change Management. Since then I have been working with many people and teams on career growth.  

That is what I love to do. Each of us has a unique power of transforming our lives and the way we think about circumstances. I try to facilitate that change of mind and view of things of the coachees. They are the unique value and purpose of my job.
