About me
I've always been passionate about connecting with people through an organizational approach. I have a degree in Human Resources and over 15 years of experience in that field. I've worked and led teams of up to 20 people in national and multinational organizations. My expertise focuses on the soft areas of Human Resources, talent development, training, climate management, and leadership. I live and work in the USA as a senior manager in the Culture, Climate, and Global Wellbeing department of a multinational energy company. I am a university professor and have worked at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), the University of Salvador (USAL), and the University of Palermo (UP) in Argentina as a professor of Human Resources programs and a coaching mentor.
Many years ago, I discovered how coaching was incredibly connected to my life's purpose and earned my Master's degree in Organizational Coaching and Change Management. Since then, I've been working with many individuals and teams on professional growth, both within organizations and individually in one-on-one roles.
That's what I love to do. Each of us has a unique power to transform our lives and our way of thinking about circumstances. I try to facilitate this shift in the coachees' mindset and outlook. They are the unique value and purpose of my work. I hope we can embark on a journey together to discover how amazing your career, and consequently, your life, can be!

Master's Degree in Coaching and Organizational Change

One of the subjects I took in my bachelor's degree was Coaching, and I loved it with all my heart. I knew I wanted to pursue a master's degree for my own personal and professional development, and to be able to support others in their growth. It was a magical, challenging, and incredibly educational experience. The thesis was a real-life intervention in an organization that I was passionate about and convinced me I had chosen the right path.

At the beginning of my professional career, I decided to study Human Resources because I loved working with people and personal relationships, but I also really enjoyed the corporate environment, and I found the perfect fit there. It was a wonderful learning experience, and before finishing my degree, I had already begun taking my first steps in organizations to gain work experience.
