This option is for you if: You're lost in your career, don't know where to turn, and need guidance! You have specific performance or development issues you want to work on, such as personal skills, leadership, etc. In this program of meetings, we focus on your calling, your desires, and differentiators, and through several sessions, we walk you through the personalized path you need to continue learning, developing, and growing! You can choose the option of a single session to work on a specific topic, or if you'd like a personalized program to address your particular challenge, I'll put together a plan for you! The most common topics we cover in our processes are: Leadership and team management Time management and task planning Starting a business while still employed Desiring to achieve a promotion or move within or outside the organization you're working for Developing communication skills with your team or leaders Emotional management at work And much more...
